Rental process was very smooth. The truck was clean, but the exhaust made a strange noise. It ran ok, just might have had some loose heat shields vibrating.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe gas tank was not at full. I returned it at full I did not want to gwt hit with additional fees. Truck was not clean Truck leaned to the left. Needs alignment I returned in before 3 office closed for me to discuss with the associate. 177.00 for less than 6 hours. Ridiculous
Darlene KLocation was changed the day before, and they didnt have the 20 ft truck i reserved. Had to do a 25 ft truck and drive an extra 30 minutes.

The worker at the pick up location was excellent - very accommodating and made sure that we could pick up the truck even before a holiday weekend.
