Uhaul should immediately remove their flag. The owner of this convenience store is detrimental to Uhaul's reputation. Unclean, unfriendly, unhelpful, unrepresentative and unworthy. Your field rep, David, saved the day when he intervened. The C store owner did not check me in, look at the vehicle or give me confirmation I returned the truck. I was forced to go back the next day to make certain it was recorded. David was there because he passed by and saw a truck there was not logged in. David was great, helpful and professional. He deserves a raise but the C Store owner is useless. Drop that location today. I live a mile away and I'll be letting the 574 residents of my neighborhood to stay away from there. This guy is a crook. He's taking your money but not doing anything. May I use the term POS?HENRY D.

I rented a truck. Used it a coupe hour and returned it. It worked great. The truck was clean and drove nice. However, I didn't get a contract when I rented it. He said I would get a receipt after I returned it. Before returning the truck I filled it up with fuel. I took a picture of the fuel gage and I showed the man the fuel was full. He said he would email me my receipt which he did in an hour but there was a $30 fuel charge. I called him and he said he couldn't do anything about it and I would have to call u-Haul. After several calls to U-Haul I finally reached a polite lady and after sending her pictures of the truck fuel gauge and a copy of the fuel receipt she refunded my money.gary S.

I was having trouble connecting with the u haul guy on the online information that I already submitted. So he was helpful with getting me signed in manually through his system but i noticed I'm being charged for $14.00 safe mode I didn't want this. I also hope that the charge changes because I don't think the mileage is correct. I hope this gets changed. The guy was very nice and helpful and the truck was clean.Kristy H.

Mobile app did not work at check in. No blankets as requested. Had to ask the clerk for assistance. Moving labor in Fort Worth charged me 149.95. Quote was two men at 2 hours. They were late and used them for 30 minutes. They worked when they got there however.EDWARD R.

When I called someone named Denise answered me, she was the rudest person on the phone, raised her voice at me and yelled. She wouldn't let me talk. The gas station/ UHaul rental closest to my house would not accept my trailer because my paperwork did not specifically list their address. Called Corporate and they wanted me to drive 6 miles down 8 and 10 lane and very busy I-45. I told the agent about non working tail, brake, and turn signals, and she agreed it was dangerous and called the location I was at to tell them it was ok for me to leave the trailer there. They wouldn't answer the phone so I walked back into the office with agent on my cell phone and agent told them to accept my trailer. They agreed after getting confirmation number from U-Haul agent. I told those guys at the about the light problem and they were unconcerned with my or others safety, but at least the UHaul agent was understanding and cleared up the problem.Gary O.
The online checkin service was a failure: the app crashed and information flow didn't happen. Chat feature still didn't solve the problem. The gentleman inside the convenience store was entirely helpful and courteous and got the job done. Do not recommend the online checkin.Jim E.

I was very disappointed with U-Haul becuase the nearest location that was handy for me to pick up was changed - without asking me first to a location further away and through much heavier traffic. I was not happy about that at all, especially when after picking up U-Haul sent me an email telling me that I could drop off the U-Haul at any location I wanted to. I had decided on my best pickup and drop off locations and the one that was most critical was changed. I expected U-Haul to give me a discount for their inflexibility and poor planning. The location was not marked well - the U-Haul office was in a gas station and I had to go find it. There was a small U-Haul sign outside and I saw a couple of trucks, but I was not sure I was at the right location when I stopped. We stopped next door first and then walked back to find the correct store. They did not have the correct drop off location on record. I would have expected them to know that. I had to call and find out for them.David J.
