The trailer was buried in snow and I had to dig it out

JEAN RThe truck had transmission problem, the gaz wasnt full. The self pick up was difficult. The pick up place is to far from anything, couldnt gaz pass 23h. No service in french. I was asked if the price was good for me I clic no and explain the problem but was charge anyway without someone reach out for more explication. Horrible
William B1st trailer was broken on pickup Day. Drive 30 minutes to another U-Haul as per the instructions of your dispatch. No 6x12 trailer! Only a 4x8... Waited on the service Line 20 minutes, dispatch Found a trailer to another U-Haul. Drove 15 minutes. Overall, it took me 3 hours to get a trailer.
