I received a text message to drop it off at one location and when I got there the owner of the store refused to take the trailer. I had to drive additional time to another location to drop off the trailer which was out of my way and very inconvenient! You guys need to do better with your instructions for pickup and drop offs. And you should not have someone doing business for you like the man at the West 7th Street location he was very rude and cussing and yelling at me!
