I rented my trailer from germantown. The morning I showed up, I was told it was in Frederick. I dont know who is suppose to make the call or inform people but it wasted an hour and a half of my time for the lack of contact. This is unacceptable.
chad hThe service was excellent, and the location was good. The only negative is the horrible smell inside the truck. It smells like a homeless person who never bathes. The smell was so bad that after I dropped the truck off and took a shower, I could still smell that horrible body odor from the truck until I scrubbed the inside of my nostrils with a little soap and water.
Antonio GIt has a smoke smell in the van but it was a good experience. The clerk was nice.
