Inspect the truck I rented bcuz the transmission needs maintenance.
CARMEN TEverything was fast and easy. There was a conflict in hours online. I picked up an hour later because online had a different opening time. But all worked out fine. Also, would prefer less to do online ( download license, pictures etc)

Vincent GThe service was terrible. The agent could not process a cancellation after I needed to cancel the vehicle due to the following issues; truck had no gas, the level was below E, and heavy smoke odors in the cabin. Additionally, the interior was very dirty on the second truck. It took almost an hour to rent the truck today. This is totally unacceptable.
