Have used this location for drop-off several times, but never met anyone in attendance. Nonetheless, it’s clean, easy to access and I will likely continue to use and recommend.

Alice DLocation was fine! But I will never rent from U-Haul again: Called 3 different times because the reservation dates were wrong everytime. I needed it two days and everytime they messed it up, Then I had about 4-5 Dollie’s and 12 blankets rented and there was no equipment with truck at pick up. When I called, U-Haul said I would have to drive 45 minutes- an hour to pick up the equipment I rented. I was still charged for it and even after drop off had to call Again and they said it would be 3-5 business days to get refunded the money for equipment. Such a mess and horrible experience
