This is my 2nd review. I apologize for my earlier review which I underated this place with 3 stars. This is the 2nd time I rented from this location. As usual Shauwn the operator was very helpful and accomodating. Very easy going guy. He made the whole rental experience smooth and easy. Will rent from Shauwn again. Highly recommend this Uhaul location. Thumbs Up :)

This was the best customer service that I have ever received . I was doing the move by myself and the representative didn't want me to leave my new truck there overnight so he had his son give me a ride both way. On pick up and delivery of the truck. He was very polite and attentive and I never had to wait. I will definitely recommend this location above any other from now on

When I arrived with my son we were greeted by the owner who was the most nicest man ever . He went over everything with us and made the rental experience so nice and easy . I can't say enough about this place . I have always had the worse experience renting U-hauls .5 stars all across the board here . Very happy customer :)

Ur app didnt work at all. Very frustrating. If the app had worked like ut was supposed to it would have been a great experience... I had to call customer service to get my key and if i hadnt I wouls have been waiting 3 hours. Till 1am. To get the key. Then drop off the app didnt work again. The button to click and add photos wasnt working... Once again I called customer service.
