I've already sent you a letter and just receiving this one puts a bad taste in my mouth I was supposed to get my truck at 5:45 on a Friday night we had so much trouble with your website it would not let us do what was needed to get the truck open to get the key we tried so many different ways taking pictures and it would not accept the back of the driver's license more times than I can count at 8 the manager of the storage facility told us I want to get out of here you got to go you know and then came back at 8:30 and said I'm locking the gate you got to go and we still had not had our truck at that point we had to come back the next morning and did not get the truck out until 10:20 a.m. and as a result I lost all of my help that was going to help move us I lost a day of moving and it was the most stressful move I've ever made in three states and to top it off I sent a letter very similar to this to you all when they asked about putting the fee on my card and I never got a response they just went ahead and took the full amount off my card no correspondence asking me anything in any way. I do understand that this new remote Leasing is difficult but that's no excuse for someone in your company not to contact us after the letter I sent and to still charge the full fee when I lost 14 hours of moving with help that I could have doneMarilyn G.

Inform us as that we're gonna have to do our own SELF CHECK OUT via u-haul 24/7 App. The system doesn't work unless I use the App. Regular browser doesn't work and I wasted about 1 hour of my time figuring out WHY THE GPS CANNOT LOCATE ME. The solution: We gotta TURN ON location sharing from the phone settings! No one told me that, I figured it out after an hour! The instructions in your App says turn on location services which I did on my phone and still doesn't work. The real solution is TURN ON THE LOCATION SERVICES OF THE APP! Click SETTINGS/ look for the App/ click Location then TURN ON! That's it.Engelbert D.

First we called to see if someone would be there b/c it was so small and way out. No answer. We took a chance and went any way and the lady was back in the office. We never got a call back. Then she was going to charge us to clean the windshield! This was a first! We have rented many trucks and never had to do this. So we used her hose and cleaned the window. Very pleasant woman though. The truck (no fault of the person renting it to me) was very clean, but the engine needs work. It could barely climb hills and while doing so it was misfiring and backfiring. This condition was worse when the truck was warmed up, or if it was warm out. I don't believe that the person renting me the unit does the mechanical maintenance, so I have no complaints what so ever with her store. She was very helpful and I would recommend her to anyone renting from Uhaul.GERALD S.

women was rude and tried to charge me .79 per mile.. I tryied to tell her I made the reservation the nite before at .59 per mile at the recomendation of the reservation center...She said she didn't care what the reservation said the rate was .79...I told her I would not that, then she said if the computer lets her change the rate she would... She was very rude to me, I think you would be better off without her services...I am retired now but was in business for 30 years and I know a bad employee... Pete Gutillopete G.
