The front ratchet for the tie down straps was bent rusty and jammed.This created a problem trying to unload the car.It Would not release! Otherwise the trailer worked well.

The location where I picked up the trailer was not the location I chose. Apparently the location I chose had no space for trailers or vehicles to rent so I don't see the point in having that as a location option. It was quite frustrating considering I had planned my errands around picking it up at that specific location. Are there?I am extremely unimpressed , and quite upset by your policy , which was required to verify me in order to rent. Why I was forced to give names and phone numbers of other people without their consent was extremely frustrating , especially being put on the spot and asked this information at the time I picked up the trailer. The person even asked for a child's name and number which I refused to give. The person obviously had no training or information as to how this policy works and why as when asked why I had to provide this information and why this policy wasn't disclosed earlier in order to get permission from people ahead of time I received a rude and flippant remark that he has to do it to rent and that it needs to turn blue. I had to provide the requested information as I had a moving deadline; however, It will not rent from you again with such an unclear, and invasive policy.

MARIE GThis time went a lot smoother with someone there to check in. Last two times I used self check out and the system didn't work. Was on hold for 20 mins for one of those times. Highly recommend going back to service personal since your technical system is not there. Check in should be easier than it is. Also needing all that secondary info on myself is something I'm not a fan of. You get my driver's license, credit card, email and phone number. That amount of info on a person is enough to confirm ID
CRAIG LThe truck leaked in the widows attic (upper deck right side). Also, not sure if this is where to note that the estimate wasn’t clear and cost substantially more than expected (setting aside the fuel charge which I did expect). A more accurate or transparent quote would be appreciated.
