GENE AWe ordered a 20' truck and when we got it to the house we realized it was only 15'. Nobody notified us of the change. It was not big enough for our move and we ended up having to make the 6 hour round trip again with another vehicle, costing us a significant amount of time and fuel. When we called, the representative said the system wouldn't allow her to do much to help our situation. The location was fine, but our experience with U-Haul was poor.
