BRIJESHKUMAR AHad a confirmed reservation at pickup up site close to my house. Stopped and confirmed with location they had my reservation and truck, they had both and I physical saw the truck. Went to pickup truck next the morning and u-haul on line reservation and rented the truck I reserved and the truck was gone. The site location did not know of the on line rental that night and was surprised the truck was not there in the morning. I had to drive 20 miles to another location for another truck. Overall your scheduling system and communication with your pickup locations is poor. Please provide an address to send my bill for my time, mileage, and aggravation? The experience at pickup locations was good.
