The trailer was in poor condition and hitch where it connected to the ball was worn through. They need to inspect these trailers more often. Also the U-Haul person failed to connect the trailer to my truck and it came off the hitch an 1/8 of a mile down the road. I got lucky and there was no damage but was a waste of my time and the only thing I got in return was” I am sorry” it could have done several thousand of dollars in damage.

TRACI HThe customer service here is terrible. The front desk lady Cathy is rude. I was told the incorrect time to return. She said well you didn’t talk me very rude and unprofessional when I told her the time I was going to return it. Anthony talked bad about a new employee to me as a customer telling me about her mistakes and she might not last. She’s new and may make mistakes but to express to a customer and another employee is not professional at all. He was also very rude when returning. I was getting out to ask where to park because the small lot already had a truck. He came out the door yelling don’t leave it infront of the gate before I could ask the question. My overall experience from pickup to return wasn’t great. I will never use this location again.
