The Ladies there were so kind and helpful. This is now my second tim renting from them. I will be back to that location EVERY time if the moving plans permit. Both the ladies I met were great asked about my Dog and all. Then special thanks to Tracy because she called me even rescheduled to accomodate my work schedule getting me out of a major headache finding a truck. Thanks again guys! I will be back... Branch Young is the absolute worst area manager... he does not care about the customer .. and I called his phone 28 times and he did not answe and when he finally answered he hung up in my face.. my truck was given to another customer who wished me luck because they told him that this was his truck and not mine.. so unprofessional.. and once inside the storage the lady who tried to help me.. told me that he didn’t answer because he could not see my reservation.. which is still no reason not to answer your phone especially when this is the number that is on your email to call.. then after she pulled up my information she stated I was at the wrong location when I showed her my reservation on my phone with later on not being able to login and finally once I logged in I was not able to see my truck info or anything like everything was erased.. U-Haul tried to later cover their tracks and say I was at the wrong location but I screen shot all my messages so for the near future .. please people screenshot everything because U-Haul likes to make the customer look wrong.. which is so wrong.. then but there was a light because store number 8300 the nice lady helped me and I really appreciated all her help

Offer a flat rate (or reduced mileage rate) for customers doing more than just a local move. $1.09 per mile in addition to fuel is excessive.

The mobile app experience is one of the worst ever ..the data and image transfer methods are or should be embarrassing to a compo like U-Haul. The fact it took me 40 min to check in a truck was a waste of my time.

I would like to start out by saying that I have used Uhaul several times in the past without any incidence. A few off things stood out while I visited the location. The first was that the person that checked me in after entering in the emergency contact info actually called the emergency contact in front of me to verify, she also stated That if the person didn't answer That I would have to text them. That has never happened in the past. The 2nd would be when she asked me about the insurance my response was as always my insurance is sufficient enough. Her response was that Uhaul doesn't deal with outside insurance companies. So it would be in my best interest to either pay the deductible or be held liable if anything happened. Being that it was only $10.00 and I was already baffled by the experience, I just paid it and left quickly as possible. Definitely will not use this location in the future.

My debit card has old address for billing, my new address is Cypress, I explained this to counter personally, she was not helpful, I had to use a different credit card, I told her what was happening due to it happened before, she was not part of the solution.
