Location was supposed to open at 10am and they never opened. Sign on the door said they were closing early the day before, but nothing about a change for Saturday m. They didn’t answer the business phone nor the number listed as a reference for the rental. We were unable to use the mobile pick up (contactless) for the size truck we selected. It referred us to call I-Haul customer service. We spoke with Gerardo who was beyond amazing, however, it took 45 minutes just to work through the issue.

Robert NThe truck was not swept out. This was not clean on the inside. This was unexpected so we had to put our mattress in it because we could not find a broom or clothe to dust it out. We have used uhal several times. This was the first time this has happened.
