As is becoming typical when I rent a vehicle from different Uhaul dealers in my area, the vehicle cabins are dirty and the vehicles need to be washed on the exterior. The inside surface of the front windshield has been so dirty that when you drive into the sun you cannot see for the 'grease' on the windows. The exterior cleanliness is a drawback from a top-notch operation in that the look of the vehicle does not seem to matter. It is almost like the dealers are just taking their portion of the rental and putting nothing into the appearance of the vehicles.

I do a reservation one week early for 9 am to make sure it will be ready but unfortunately they didn't have it and I had to wait till 3pm .

Would really like to put formal complaint in on this location for how i was treated like a thief. Rented me damaged truck with 3 others sitting on lot. Asked for different truck told me this was the long distance rental. WHAT!!! i thought all uhaul trucks were for moving. Very poor customer service here.

I would not recommend this location to a friend because I would never recommend U-haul to anyone after my experience. Let me be very clear: my problem is not with the employees of the facility. My problem is with the U-haul company. Here's what happened: I had reserved the van online a week ahead of time and then was denied the van by U-Haul's online service after having been dropped off by an Uber. There I was, without a ride from the U-haul facility, and with no van. Further, I had only one day to move the furniture out of a house I'd sold. The glib, poorly worded U-haul message: "We're sorry for any inconvenience" only added insult to injury. And of course, no one would respond to my messages or call me back from the online system. It was not an "inconvenience." It was truly more terrible than I can convey. The only saving grace was that an employee showed up for work early and got straight to helping me without even having had the chance to check himself in, use the restroom, make a coffee, or do anything else an employee would normally be able to do upon arriving to work. The onsite employees are great. U-haul is terrible.

I don't know that there is anything that you can do to improve! The woman that helped us was absolutely amazing our reservation was lost but she got us something that we could use to move our home and we could not be more appreciative she is actually one of the best customer service agents that I've dealt with since moving to Houston! I will definitely be back to this place for all of my Moving and Storage needs!!!



The front office messed up on my transaction, said they would fix it but charged me again instead of reversing their mess up and now causing me to over draft on my dang account!!! HORRIBLE service! They need to fix it. I was charge 3 times. Twice the wrong amount and then for another customers mileage! They said they would fix it but instead made it worse!

Everyone was very helpful... However the time to pick up the truck was long... with just one other person in front of me it took almost 45 minutes... UHaul should have a more stream line way to verify and process the rental.Especially for returning customers...

The van smelled really bad. We didn't like having to give a contact name and phone number. I didn't want to bother my friend with this request. And what if I hadn't been able to get hold of anyone? Would I not be able to rent a van?

Eliminate the resident manager. She made my truck pick up a nightmare. Her unprofessional behavior was appalling turning a simple process into a confusing mess. Never have I experienced such a rude company representative. I will never go back! I also witnessed her trying to make a customer rent a truck for two days because the woman needed her truck before the store opened. I spoke up and said it's a 24 hour rental so all she had to do was rent it the night before! I'm not exaggerating, this was CRAZY!

Our single complaint is their parking lot. Specifically, there is a wheel chair ramp that cuts across several parking spots, making them shorter from front to back than the adjacent spots. At the front of these few parking spots is a tall cement curb (> 1 ft.). The cement curb is not marked or painted in any way, so it is very difficult to see, especially on sunny days like the one when we were there. When we pulled in, we hit the front of our car into the curb, causing more than $1,000 of damage. It was very obvious we were not the first customers to hit the curb--there were several chunks of concrete missing from the curb caused by previous collisions. When I pointed that out to the owner and suggested shevpaint the curb yellow or put yellow/black striped tape on it to make it more obvious, the owner blamed me for ignoring the small orange cones that were intended to block the spots. However, the cones were NOT centered in the spots & were barely noticeable. She went on to say they had spent $8,000 on signage to improve the parking lot, but would not agree to make the simple improvement of painting or marking the curb. I find that ridiculous & frustrating and will NEVER return nor recommend this location to anyone.

Get a second computer for U-Haul business to speed up the process a little.
