Asked for an 8am reservation using app/remote pickup. They declined and said it must be in-person when they open at 9:30am. By 9:45 they were still not open and unresponsive to phone calls. Finally they returned my call and provided me with the key through a remote process.

Carl was exceptional! Very helpful. He was able to get me into the truck remotely. I was not able to come at the schedule time and they were able to help me out.
Keith BIt was pretty irritating that I was sent to a location that was far away that did not have the things I requested. No furniture clothes, no mattress covers, no dollies. I went to a closer location to pick up a mattress cover. And when asked about why I wasn’t sent to them they said they didn’t know and had availability. I had to drive to 20 min when the location I requested was available and 2 min down the road and had all the equipment I asked for.
