I was supposed to pick up in Brunswick but they switched my reservation and no one notified me so I was over an hour late getting started and had to drive 20 minutes out of my way the Representative and the local .manager Daniel were very rude and did not want to help me at all I will probably use a different company next time overall the customer service experience sucked the truck was very nice
