No improvement is necessary
Norris L.Attendant unhelpful and said I was due at 8 that morning , SHe had days mixed up . I was earlier than deadline and made picyure etc and was finally assured I was in compliance and early.. I was assured she would enter into system and I would receive a credit. This did not happen... Very Unsatisfied. Totally misled..
