I was not told to gas up the u-haul when I return it. The truck had about 1/2 of a tank when I picked it up. When I dropped it off, It had more than a 1/4 tank in it and I was charged an additional $60. Customers should be communicated the expectations to avoid these issues.

Andrea PI added a dolly to my rental and I didn’t receive it, I extended my time with the uhaul, I paid 130 for it, and at the end they charged me 320dls, why? I don’t know.
