Staff at pickup did not know what was going on, or how to log-in to computer. Took 45 min for them to give us the truck - truck did not have all of the dollies I reserved AND PAID FOR. Dropped truck off that evening to staff on a Friday evening 5.5 hours before the end of my rental, the workers did not know how to check the truck in. App was not working - which was not their fault. But the truck showed as an active rental for the entire weekend until Monday morning. Truck was clean, and worked well. But overall - location was disorganized, underprepared. Would not use this location again. Receipt for the truck rental showed I dropped the truck off at 12 am on Saturday morning, which was not true.
