Confrontational and discriminatory GM and assistant. The most competent and helpful employee is the Custodial worker Greely. Without her assistance, my storing and moving would have been less smooth. She keeps the areas clean and handles customer traffic well, but managers ignore rat infestation next to my unit for months after having been alerted.

BARBARA H | Overall ExperienceEverything was great until I moved out on July 2, but for some reason that didn't register with office staff, plus I began move out using the app. I rented a van on July 2, got all my things out, left the door up, no lock. However, I started receiving late notices about non payment and an extra fee. I had to call the office. Move out date is incorrectly recorded as July 8 because that's when the manager moved me out. I know it's probably an oversight, but I used the app, plus spoke with office staff on the day of move out.
