The furniture dolly we reserved with our truck was not there. We had to call the 800 number since this wasn’t a U-Haul shop and wait on hold a very long time before we could speak with someone. The rep didn’t offer to drop the dolly off for us. We were told we’d be transferred to someone else in reservations to try to get a dolly. That was unacceptable as we had a three hour window to get our daughter’s apartment emptied before 10 AM. This wasn’t the only problem: we originally reserved a smaller truck just a few minutes from our destination but we were called the night before and told that it was now unavailable…unless we wanted to pick it up in Whitewater, nearly an HOUR away!!! SO, we spent another 45 minutes of our time trying to locate a truck closer. We had to pay an additional rental fee because the truck was bigger. All in all, we are very unhappy with the reservation process and lack of customer service. The people working at MAACO were fabulous to work with, thankfully.

Paid in cash. Told that they could only return deposit in check and not in cash. Told I needed to come back on a different day. Returned the truck on Sunday, told that I would be able to get a discount if paid in cash vs card. Why would I be told otherwise.

Vaishakh UI orderd a 15 ft. Uhaul on line -three weeks before my move. I was called the day before and told it’s not available. I could drive 40 miles to another state or take a smaller 10 ft truck from Madison. It was a very disappointing experience as now we are stuck with a lot of stuff to still move.
Amy VI spoke to no one since it was Saturday. Dropped off via the app and went smooth. I’m saying this because I can’t speak to many of the questions above.
