It's concierge, Paddy went beyond the call of what normal Uhaul has been in the past, this was true concierge, the van was waiting for me with a/c on, waters in the cupholders, the supplies in the back, packed in the van properly organized, the gas was full and all ready to go. You just don't get that kind of service anywhere in any business. That's 5 star. Thank you, Uhaul. U-Haul as a business makes things so easy, and I have been doing the evening after-hours pick-ups using the mobile app and getting the code and lock without in store assistance which is so convenient, so U-Haul is the best! (Uhaul can you please upgrade your app portal, it takes 3-4 times to get through and sometimes the after hours uploading photo process doesn't work, I'm always worried that I might be at Uhaul to pick up a truck with the mobile pick up rather than counter and it might not be reliable, it's always a sigh of relief when I finally get through after a few tries, but that's a Uhaul issue not a customer service and will not ding the location for it) I typically take my own photos prior to rental to ensure I'm not responsible for any pre-damage to the vehicle but the upload system in the app doesn't work. But the mobile app convenience is amazing! So far it's always worked after a few tries and LONG wait for the app to move through the process. But this last bit of my move, I needed supplies and needed in-store service, and I'm so happy that I ended up at the Deerfield location! Thank you Paddy! You made a difficult time easier and made my day, it brightened a difficult day, thank you!
