I was charged for more miles than I actually drove. O called and spoke to Samantha, who committed to looking into the situation, but i have not received a response yet. I have called again to follow-up, and they simply tell me that he is not available, and that since she is the person in charge, there is no one else who can provide me with an answer. i find this to be a very unprofessional situation and one that leaves any customer with no desire to hire U-haul's service again

Took over 40 minutes for employee to figure out how to open the locker to get they key. I was paying 2 people by the hour while we waited. Truck ran out of battery. Battery was old and rusty.
Jeane WImprove the app. Did mobile check in but it took over 10 mins and I still didn’t get approved. The store manager saw the frustration and finished the check out process in her computer. She was an experience saver.
MICHAEL RTruck was not in good shape. Had window seal surrounding front drivers door hanging and unattached. Had to go back to location twice to get back door key which was not provided initially.
Richard MVery, very good service at this location - the people are very friendly and helpful. They had everything ready for me - I definately will be back to rent more trucks from them. Thank you U Haul for having people like this!!!!
