The only issues I had were with the app. When checking in, I encountered an issue when trying to upload my headshot. I called support and they said to hard restart the app, and that fixed it. Upon returning the truck, the app failed again. While filling out the steps 1-5, after completing step 2, it took me back to step 1. Before calling support again, I tried hard restarting the app, but that didn't fix it so I had to call support again. They told me to not use the app and use the web browser. It worked out in the end but there are some clear issues with the app that should have clearer error messages.
