Andy GJoseph was great we had a problem with the original trailers rear light so he gave me another trailer and I was off within 10 minutes.
richard cThe U-Haul online reservation was initially completed for a different location, however, at the time of my pickup, I was told the reservation was moved over to another location I did not want to go to. This is how I ended up at this United Recycling place., and unfortunately, they did not have the size of trailer my reservation was made for, so I ended up having to pay $70 for a larger sized trailer. The door was jammed and difficult to operate even before I was able to load anything onto it. My options at that point was very limited, so I made do.
