That F650 with the triton V10 did a great job moving tons of stuff. I'm a bit sad about the hailstorm in Quinter Kansas that smashed the windshield and pelted the top of the trailer. I noticed that the steering wheel was off center to the right just a bit and the whole thing tended to veer right slightly, but nothing I couldn't handle. Great truck!

I started off with a reservation at a different location. I was not informed that they didn't have what I needed until I was there the morning of the move (despite having made the reservation more than a week in advance). I had to go to this location on Colorado Blvd. which was a HUGE inconvenience. They credited me $50 for the extra mileage, but I needed the time as much as anything. It is moving day after all. The people at this location were good and friendly, but it started my experience off on a very sour note.

Would like to have given a better recommendation, but when I called the store the day before my reservation, I talked to an associate about my trailer wiring. I described that I knew I've had it hooked up before, but dont see any connections currently. He said that as long as ive had the wiring connected to my car at some point in the past, it should only take a few minute to re-connect everything and then to the trailer. An hour later my wife and I finally figured it out and got it connected, which actually caused us to miss some of the reason we needed the trailer. Also, tire had a nail in it with low tire pressure. It was checked and we were just told to "be careful and keep an eye on it"

Maybe if you selected email response and they decide to CHANGE your reservation time, put that in the subject box instead of making it look like a normal reservation email. I got on email with my desired time and another almost identical except they changed the time by over 2hrs. Other than that they looked exactly the same. Ruined my whole renting experience and put me behind for my 1st day of work at a new job

the guys at the denver uhaul ( 48th and Colorado Blvd) place were FANTASTIC.... especially ( i didnt get his name but he has a huge smile and he was wonderful to my Golden retriever and he's built a Tiny House... whatever his name is, WE LOVE this Great Guy!) patient, hilarious, professional, competent.... my chains on the uhaul WERE NOT WRAPPED PROPERLY so TheGreat Guy took a second and very nicely, very-matter- of -factly, SHOWED THE NEW WORKER how to place the chains.
