When I got to the location, the representative was not available. Had to call someone on the phone. The first truck that I got got stuck in the lot had to get a second truck that was completely empty. No gas at all. I get to my location to load my belongings to move and the back was filled with trash and debris that I had to clean out before I could place my items in the back of the truck call the location to ask how would I be compensated? The employee told me that he would call the manager no return phone call received my receipt. It said that the gas tank had a quarter tank of gas, but it had no gas at all. I had to put money in it in order to pull off. The dashboard was saying 4 miles to empty.

I had a reservation made the guy told me I couldn’t use my reservation he had to take me as a walk in and tried to charge me $150 extra I had to call customer service on him 3 times in the store they are doing sketchy things at this location they did not come out and check the vehicle for any damages miles or gas levels
ELIZABETH NThis was our drop off. Everything was done on our u haul app. We got a receipt from inside anyway since the truck cargo area was not locked and we left 2 dollys in it.
Courtney LThe clerk was clues what to do never looked at me barley talk to me never updated me and it took 55 minutes to complete this and when we got to the truck there were ants all over the dash board the gas tank only had 90 miles left in the tank but when I dropped it off they required 1/2 tank my reservation was for 20 footer the computer said 15 foot was only one but 20 foot was on the lot the clerk couldn't figure out how to fix it poor service
