Not have the equipment blocked in by a personal trailer. That the customer has to move first in order to get their trailer that They're renting out !!! And Uhaul needs to do better in maintaining the ratchets for the straps that goes over the TIRE BECAUSE I HAD TO USE A 1/2 CAN OF WD40 ON THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE SO SO RUSTY THEY WOULD NOT EVEN MOVE AND IT MADE ME VERY NERVOUS THE WHOLE TRIP !!!!!!!!!!!!!
FRANKLIN REmployees stayed late to help us get the auto transporter connected to our truck. They were very nice and helpful!
