ANA OThe drop off location that I originally selected from the U-Haul website was no longer accepting returns so I had to locate another location and found Value Store It nearby - fortunately. Staff at Value Store It - in particular a gentleman named Carlos - was super helpful in getting my issue resolved regarding the return location and checking in the vehicles for close out. I was so grateful to him. He is certainly A+ when it comes to customer service and should be recognized as such. Only gripe I have about the return, which has nothing to do with Value Store It, is that the original return location was no longer accepting returns. Corporate U-Haul needs to update their drop off location list to reflect current participants only. 5+ Stars for Carlos and Value Store It!
