Staff opened on time, were efficient. the truck was in good shape mostly, but some damages not marked by UHAUL as expected (i.e. chip in windscreen, driver door seal peeling off). not anything to stop usage. all else worked perfectly

Location was too lazy to make a new profile and used my information for a new client. When i called to ask why i was receiving messages and emails about a reservation i never made he (Tyrone?) told me he didn’t know and clearly he didn’t care. You all know how sketchy this is right?
