It was a little confusing returning the truck as one had to walk a few buildings over from the parking lot. Once at the right spot, staff were friendly. I was a little surprised nobody went immediately to check in the truck and confirm mileage and fuel level. The receipt received showed check in the following morning.
STEPHEN SThe cab of the truck was disgusting. Clearly something spilled in the cup holders and the steering wheel was sticky. I noted on my intake survey it was not clean and took a picture of the cab. I should not be charged for cleaning.
