the process with the app is not the easiest and takes quite a bit of time to go through--has nothing to do with the pick up site

Customer service was excellent, whenever I called. Service personnel picked up almost immediately or within a couple minutes if I called back... They were even able to schedule a oil change for my personal vehicle while I was renting the u haul.
