A lot. The person who served me made a mistake and gave me the wrong products I ordered. When I returned the trailer I rented, I pointed this out to him, and he was adamant that I made the mistake, not him. When I told him that he deals with the products daily and that I depend on him to pick the correct products on the order slip, he got mad, said it was my mistake, and yelled at me several times when I disagreed with him. This was the worst service experience I've ever had, and I will never return.
