Your hours of operation are not posted on site. You should post a sign showing your hours. Otherwise, good. Improved in the last couple of years, I’d say.

Terrence CAs someone who doesn't use apps much, I found the return process a little hard to navigate on my phone. Making it a little more user friendly for older folk would help. I wasn't sure if my return was finished at the end.
