after three confirmations, one from the location, and two more by phone calls received from U-haul, i still did not receive what i reserved. i was, however, able to use a bigger moving truck for more money…send like the old bait and switch
RODNEY MThe computer system was so slow that there was a huge line up. We waited 1.5 hours to pick up a truck that was already booked and paid for online. The lineup of more than 10 people could not believe that there was only 1 employee as we all felt very sorry having to deal with the glitchy computer program. Time for an overhaul of the system U-Haul
