The passenger side door was damaged and made a horrible noise when opening. I feel you wait until someone complains before you do anything. Mostly happy would never rent without buying the insurance. Would rent again with the extra insurance.
JUSTIN RDoing the mobile check in/out process was a little confusing but over all good
Denise UI can’t say enough positive things about the service and staff. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. I was so grateful.
JENNIFER DOnly issue was that one of the tires must’ve been plugged but they forgot to fill it with air before we picked it up.
