The staff was all over the place and unprofessional. We laughed off a lot of his comments/conversation but whew. After dropping off(on a closed day) I didn't receive anything more than an email saying here is your receipt. I assumed that was it. Days later I find out I still owed money and was instantly threatened that it would go to collectors if I don't pay....as if I had been contacted multiple times or weeks had passed. The whole experience just seemed over the top and very expensive.
MARYANN RThis location did not have the tools to remove the quick links from the chains so the chains could be removed from the vehicle. I had the necessary tools and did it for them.
NORMAN PEverything went well. Good communication, easy to change rental date, very nice to work with.
