daniel rMy original reservation, when I arrived, was not there. I had to go to another location that was 25 miles away which cost me more mileage due to it being further away from my home. The vehicle itself was nice and clean. But the pick up experience was terrible.
lora bClean the place up. It was a mess plus it was unprofessional. I turned my vehicle in at 4pm and he logged it returned after 6pm. Why lie to make a few extra buck?
CHARLES CRosemary was very nice and easy to work with. I appreciated her flexibility with my truck rental.
