Claudette TI chose this location because I could rent from them on a Saturday instead of renting the day before I needed it (less money spent).
Amy BThis trailer needs attention. The brake system works, but is very loose, the trailer slams back and forth like it will rip the back of the tow vehicle off! I have towed many a trailer with surge brakes, this one scared me to death. I noticed it immediately but they did not have another and I had commitments around the rental. We also had a flat tire that took almost 3 hours to get repaired. looking at the other tires, two seemed fairly new, but the tire behind the flat is in terrible shape.
Kevin SBoth locations were helpful and nice. The problem was with the first place I reserved the truck from, Midgaurd Storage in Gainesville on Dawsonville Hwy, and with your online check-in process. Your app is not very user-friendly, and the process takes way too long for a unit that has been reserved. We never got the secondary verification call, and there was no one available at this location. Only a virtual assistant informed me that all 3 trucks in the parking lot were "down" so I had to drive another 20 minutes to the next closest location for a truck. My pickup was scheduled for 12:30. I didn't get a vehicle until 2:30. That's 2 hr's of move time I lost. I will not use Uhaul again.
