Very disappointed with U Haul. The vehicle had an ignition switch problem from the minute I got in the truck, The window knob falls off every time you attempt to open it. The cabin shows its age .and the fuel economy sucks. I was charges over $1,000 dollars for the 24 hour rental. NEVER AGAIN., Im done with U Haul.
CHRISTIAN Japp very slow to respond, got help from location owner for pick up, it worked ok for drop off. 6 pictures is a lot though and drop off locations do not always have a nice spot to photograph the equipment..
