JEFFREY AAlthough the rented unit was clean and wellmaintained, the service at the desk lacks transparency. the termas of the contract are writen in such a diminutive font size it makes it almost unreadable. Within it there is one small paragraph that refers to the gas service charges and other responsibilities referring to fueling the vehicle after use. To all new rentors, beware and record the amount of gas that is in it. Take a picture of the dashboard where the milaege and gas amount are shown. Make sure you understand your responsibilites because the person behind the counter won't even bring this subject up and you could get overcharged by U-Haul for fueling the vehicle back up plus a penalty of at lest $30.00. That subject should be mentioned whern you pick up the vbehicle instead of "make sure you sweep the truck clean" or you will be charged for that also.
