I was sent to multiple locations for pick up even when I had a reservation. I spoke with a customer rep and told her that I would like to speak with a manager. I was told someone would reach out to me. I have not heard from anyone.

I reserved and paid for the truck online. I arrived to pick it up and wasn't able to complete it online. I had to go into the office (with a closed sign on the door) and was told she had to do something so I could complete checkout. After we began loading the truck, she called to tell me that it wasn't completed and technically I had stolen the truck. I've rented trucks with you for years and never had any troubles. I'm renting another next week and hope it goes smoother than the pick up at this location.

Sylvia was awesome at this location! The problem I had with Uhaul was the lack of communication and accommodation to its customers! I had to drive 20 miles to get this truck and was charged mileage! This is the second time we have had to drive 20-30 miles to get a truck after reserving weeks in advance. When the person on the phone confirmed with me, she said I could pick the truck up a day early but CANCELED MY SECOND DAY. Sylvia was instrumental in getting that fixed thankfully. I still paid too much and would prefer another company in the future due to lack of communications and unkept promises.

Well I got charged $5 for furniture pads I didn't use nor ask for but therw was no standard dolly available without purchase (but furniture pads were) and I was unable to finish moving that evening bcus the interior lights of the truck would not come on after trying ever direction available so after filling up the trucks gas past picked up line I was completely unable to use the truck to do anymore moving and it had to be returned the next morning so that was a complete waste of time and money I tried calling the following Monday (rented on Saturday) and couldn't not get a answer all day! Eitherway for that I was extremely disappointed and would not recommend uhaul itself!

They did not have the truck we reserved....had to go to other location and get truck via cell phone, It was a disaster.....worked half hour trying to get password to work before we called manager (this location is closed on Sunday). She got us in on her phone. Don't go on SUNDAY!!!!!!

This location was the complete opposite of the mine Hill New Jersey locations. It was clean it was neat the young lady Sylvia was very personable and explained everything to us. The district manager Scott was very understanding and help us anyway he could. I would definitely recommend this location without a doubt to anyone

The customer service received at the location was atrocious. A female representative at this location was notified of a descrepancy between the printed contract signed, and the digital receipt issued following the return of the van. The representative interrupted me several times, refusing to allow me to speak, used foul language and multiple expletives. Her blatant disregard for me, my concerns, the appropriate operation of u-haul policy, and complete lack of professionalism was appalling and a direct reflection on uhaul and it’s failing ability to guarantee even sub par customer service. This needs to be fixed. Employing individuals who due to negligent company involvement and leadership, feel able to treat paying customers as disrespectfully as I was, is poor business.

screw uhaul...prices suck...then you ask them to wait n NOT charge card so you can pay rent..well they sneak in middle of night n charge card anyhow... now rent be late..THANKS ASSHOLE!!
