I had made a reservation for a larger truck with a different pick up location, only to be called the evening before to be told the truck i had reserved was not available and I was rerouted to a different location with a smaller truck. I requested a 17 foot truck but the agent reserved a 15 foot truck without telling me. So overral the reservation process was horrendous.

Kenya BThis location knew their stuff , other locations need to know what they rent and listen to what the customer asks for . Plus and above all they should all charge the same price . This location had it together .
