None. Some of the equipment sitting in tall grass
Deborah AThe person working with us didn’t know how to add a driver to my account and I refused to sign until it was corrected. They told me that as along as we were related it didn’t matter. I did not agree with that statement. I have rented from uhaul a before and this is the only location that didn’t come with me to inspect the truck. They didn’t give me the run down on what to do or how to do it. I fear the new costumers will go here and not be well informed.
OMAR VTook a while to find someone at this location, feels like a ghost town. The lady was not very friendly nor helpful. She couldn't send me a receipt when i returned what i rented, and she said she talked to someone from another office and they were gonna send me the receipt but i did not receive anything at all. Im very disappointed with this office, i've been a uhaul customer for years and i never encounter an office that disfunctional. I dont think she even spoke English because i would talk to her in English and she would ask me in Spanish for what i said? Fortunately i am bilingual but some people are not that fortunate.
