My vehicle wouldn't turn the key. The worker told me that it happens and there is nothing that could be done. I was stranded at my house for over an hour trying to get the key to turn. I finally had to rent another truck to complete the job then return the vehicle. The emergency number told me to return it without fueling so I could make it to the store. Then the store said there was nothing they could do but would have to charge me for the gas. To move my things to storage cost triple what I was told due to customer service and truck issues.

Darryl the manager really goes way above and beyond for his customers. And for his company. Really a pleasant experience! Even though I truly dislike moving, he really made everything bless full! Your lucky to have a manager such as him working for uhaul. As a business owner I can tell you hard working employees are difficult to find such as Darryl.

The 10' truck is more difficult to load due to the raise boxes for the tires inside the cabin. Minimizes good use of the walls.

Had a nail in the tire. Called national number. Tire repaired quickly. Turn. signal was not working correctly. Overall very happy with the location and management.

I told them that I would probably be done with the rental by noon the next day but not sure. They called me and said because I did not have it back by 12:00 they were going to charge me extra. I didn't even have the truck for 12 hours and was charged for 24 plus extra. Please explain when I wasn't sure if I could not make it back by a certain time. I should have had 24 hours.

I received a dolly with a bad light that they said was normal. When asked how to use the dolly I was told that the ramps should come out but did not. Was told I should try to just get past the gap off the ground . Was not told dolly had a tilt feature to lower ramps to ground. . Wasted 45 minutes or so load and unload time because of that and damaged another set of ramps trying to make them work. Did not realize until after the unload the dolly had a tilt feature. Told different person at return of instruction situation who never offered apology.

Rear of Truck had gravel and dried mud foot prints and needed light mopping. The crew responded immediately and cheerfully at my request to have it cleaned although it delayed my departure a bit. While driving the truck at highway speeds, the driver's side-window had an air leak along the the window-seal. It whistled so loudly, I resorted to driving with the window down about 2 or more inches to reduce the air noise of the poor seal.

Store and workers were was AWFUL and by no means worth nearly $300. Windows, doors, and the windshield rattled so badly that I could not hear the radio or any phone calls that I tried making. Cab was not only ridiculously loud, but it shook uncontrollably. I only have to travel around 165 miles, and couldn't even imagine trying to travel across country in that old rickity thing.

I rented a car hauler of which this location had six and the one hooked up to my truck vibrated badly when I took off. When I pulled over to inspect three of the tires were very worn and one was showing belts. I returned and picked the best one but several others needed tires as well. Why would service people not select the one in the best condition to hook up? Doesn't Uhaul have a maintenance program for their equipment?

Had reservation. No need for information sharing so your site said. Desk help demanded a move to address. I suggested I was moving my father to assisted living address unknown. Clerk demanded again. Pissed me off BIG. Gave the ass my home address again. Guy typing was not the ASS.
