How U-Haul Reviews WorkNice people and convenient check in and check out. However, there’s something strange going on with their system, so I will not rent from there again. I checked in from my phone and DECLINED the SafeMove and all other offered options. When I received the invoice, I was charged $15 for SafeMove. The same thing happened last time I rented from this location. I will use a more established UHaul next time.
Rasmus TA call would have been helpful. No communication. Messed up from the beginning but a call would/could have made a difference.
Daniel MGreat experience! Friendly location. Quick and easy check in and out. Would definitely use this location again! Thank you!
Julie JEasy rental. Very friendly service.
