Great customer service. Made sure he called immediately when the truck came since U-Haul didn't come through on the truck we actually ordered at the location we booked and at the time we booked, but he knew we were anxious (supposed to get a truck at 9 am but this one we got ar 3 pm after being on the phone with customer service for an hour) so he called the moment it arrived. Very thankful!!
