Kim EThe rental coordinator at this location told me that I can drop off the truck anywhere in the city after I am done with the rental but it was false information. I went to another Uhaul location but they refused to take the truck and I had to come back to the original location. There was no dropbox for the key even and we have to call Uhaul customer service to ask them. Overall very bad experience.
