As a former professional moving company owner who has loaded/unloaded at many storage facilities in the Edmonton area, this is by far the cleanest, most professional and hassle-free operation. The property is safe and secure while easily accessible for clients and the staff has been accommodating. Having to store personal property away from a home can be extremely stressful and worrisome, but the Yellowhead facility gave me alot of comfort that my goods would be clean and safe.

Shelly V | Overall ExperienceOnly thing I'm disappointed with is the fact that for some stupid this storage facility requires you to give them 2 weeks notice when moving out you're not allowed to leave any garbage behind or you'll be charged more it cost to dump a load at the landfill but seriously I need to give them two weeks notice 0 that I'm going to vacate my storage area this is a joke a cash grab and bogus nonetheless and honestly Mercedes got attitude problem she's not customer service for material
