Hi U-Haul CS, Please note that I received unsatisfactory service with this latest U-Haul provider, Kingsway Edmonton Alberta location, as while the trailer and availability was good, the service was lacking as per follows: I checked tire pressure on trailer and found out one tire was at only 30 psi instead of recommend 55-60 psi, I immediately notified the U-Haul vendor, and he said that he couldn't touch the trailer and it was my responsibility to take care of this...!? I exhausted my own portable air compressors batter just filling the pressure of this one tire. In a previous (last week) and recent U-Haul experience, at the U-Haul at South Center Edmonton Alberta, provided excellent service, as when I pointed out the low tire pressures, they directed me to service area and filled the tires out for me, and as a bonus reduced my rental rate by $10. I hope U-Haul improves this service and also credits me back for my extra efforts to make the trailer safe to tow on the highway. Regards, D. Garcia 780/965-4834
