There is not a U-haul associate at Green Valley Food & Fuel. The employees there were as helpful as they could be, but they do not have access to anything U-Haul related. It took my daughter and I more than 45 minutes to troubleshoot with Customer Service regarding why we were unable to access the key (in the lock box) to gain access to the truck that was parked at Green Valley Food & Fuel. The employees at Green Valley Food & Fuel said that we were just a few of MANY who have had similar issues. I would not rent a U-Haul remotely ever again.

James FNo service for customers, app only. App don’t work well, weak phone signal at the location. Switched my pickup location 2x, wasted my time abo it a discount for bringing back a trailer that later was cancelled, and your reservation system let me reserve a truck at a location that didn’t have it, making me drive an additional 20 minutes each direction further to pick it up.
