The rental process was ridiculous. So many photos and phone numbers. It took us 20 minutes to even get the vehicle. Way too much trouble.

a complete nighmare. i will never to phone pickup again.
gregory LI’m not usually one to complain, but It took 30-40 minutes past the pick up time to get the key code for the lockbox. I tried calling again and again and nobody seemed to know why I didn’t receive the code yet, but eventually someone was able to help after the 6th call. My fiancé missed her doctors appointment because she was waiting with me to make sure I got the key so I wasn’t stranded there.
CORBIN LThe process to sign up and rent the vehicle is horrible. It took over one hour which set me behind on timing therefor I was billed for extended time. Totally unfair.
