Truck had maintenance lights on, the app and check in was clunky, and the lock for the lockbox was old and would not close

tom rThere is not a U-haul associate at Green Valley Food & Fuel. The employees there were as helpful as they could be, but they do not have access to anything U-Haul related. It took my daughter and I more than 45 minutes to troubleshoot with Customer Service regarding why we were unable to access the key (in the lock box) to gain access to the truck that was parked at Green Valley Food & Fuel. The employees at Green Valley Food & Fuel said that we were just a few of MANY who have had similar issues. I would not rent a U-Haul remotely ever again.
