U-haul app never sent us a code to unlock the keypad and get our keys and our pickup was delayed by almost an hour. This is not the fault of the location but u-haul and I won't be picking up from an unstaffed location again because it was such a poor experience.

John H.actually the location was okay it was just the process. For some reason they switched pick up locations and that messed with my plans and then it was not in the system right for me to sign in on the app and then it took time to find the right person and so on.
