Steven CNot sure if it was a staffing issue from an illness. You simply cannot run a gas station convenience store with a U-Haul side with one person. He was being lazy. Trying to have me download the information to my phone. The connection was horrible since I didn’t have the WiFi from the store. He ended up doing it on his phone. This should have been the initial route to take for proper customer service. Hard to understand. His English was broken. He didn’t read my reservation apparently. I paid for an appliance dolly and a hand truck. He brought me the appliance dolly. I had to ask for the hand truck. One suggestion I would make. It should be policy that rental vehicles should be full of gas and return the same way. To much guessing on if you have put enough gas in to return at the level you received it. Personally feel this is a bad policy.
