My reservation was changed to a completely different location in the opposite direction, one I would never have picked. There wasn't any attempt to ask me if the reservation should be changed, it just was. With a per mile charge, that was never going to be acceptable to drive 20 miles in the opposite direction to pick up the equipment. If changes are made to the pickup, including moving it to a different city, there needs to be a direct reachout and warning. Luckily there was a different truck available that I could switch it to. But the fact that the system defaults to sending you to a different location rather than asking about the same location and a different type of vehicle is shocking, and pickup took an extra 20 minutes to sort out the issue.
