JOHN BSarcasm and not very helpful. Extremely poor signage. They need to take a class in customer service and fix their signage.
Ed RUpon arriving, the staff was neither welcoming or helpful. I imagine that maybe people renting are not regulars, so while it might be annoying to answer questions and provide helpful, it is their job. I arrived to check in and was told to do it on the app & that it was self service. Each question I asked, maybe 2, were greeted with annoyance and short answers. The signs posted on the gates indicated they would be locked at 4:30. I had to make last minute arrangements to park my car elsewhere as I didn’t want it to be locked up, which required additional time. The gates were not locked upon my return at 5:30. I left the truck parked where I found it, outside the gates - did the return check in via the app, which didn’t actually work. I had to call the customer service as the location didn’t answer. I explained the whole experience to which they apologized but the people I needed to talked to were already gone for the day & was instructed to call back in the morning. She noted the file. I called back the next morning and explained the experience again, apologized to and told to check my email for receipt as the rental was checked back in. If I didn’t receive an email, to call back. As an educator, I get asked the same questions multiple times a day. It is my job to answer them. The poor customer service from start to finish is disappointing to say the least.
