Although the service was great when we picked it up the trailer tire blew out going into Dallas in heavy traffic. The entire tread separated from the tire and created very dangerous situation. Tires should be inspected for age as the tire that blew was manufactured in 2022 and apparently the time and mileage weakened the tire integrity. The roadside assistance was very good but delayed our return. I would expect UHaul to compensate for our delay and not establishing preventive maintenance on this critical component.
